My How They've Grown

These are some baby pictures I found of my 2 oldest boys, George and Brutus. We got them around this time last year. I can't believe how much they've grown!!

My New Nephew is Here!!!

Brandon Swinton Andrews was born on Saturday, March 22, 2008.He was 8 lbs. and 8 oz...and when he left the hospital on Monday, he weighed 9 lbs. and 3 oz!! What a chunky monkey!! Everyone is doing great, he just has his days and nights mixed up..poor mommy! I only have one picture of him on my cellphone that was sent to me. I will try and get it uploaded. Hopefully, Aunt MiMi can come home next week and get lots of pictures in person! I will keep you posted!

Our House

These stairs are my least favorite part of the house and one of the reasons we are selling. But 2 years ago when we bought it, I liked the stairs and always wanted a house with them. You live and learn.


I just thought everyone would like to see a little bit of the house that we live in right now. We have had it for sale now since July, so please keep us in your thoughts and prayers so we can get it sold!!!

Betsy's Baby Shower

My high school friends and I gave our friend, Betsy, a baby shower this past weekend. It was so much fun to see everyone and catch up. Betsy has the cutest basketball belly.

I also have a couple more preggo friends. Ashleigh (2nd to the right of me), who is due in August, and Michelle (dressed in the darker blue), who is due in October. Michelle just happens to be Betsy's sister-in-law and she also has twin girls. My, are they all going to be busy, busy, busy!!

Update on my Preggo Sissy

As most of you know my little sister is about to have her 3rd baby!! She is pretty much due to go at any time now. She went to her last appointment this past Monday and they are estimating the baby to be very BIG!! I'm thinking she may have a toddler!

Our Boys Turning 1!!!

These are some pictures of when Brutus and George had their 1st Birthday. I baked them chocolate cupcakes (organic of course)and sang to them. They always wash these treats down with goat milk...yum..their favorite. Brutus is the oldest, turning 1 on January 14th and George on February 9th.

New Years 2008

I know this is so not in order but I feel like I have to play catch up. Adam and I went to Michelle and Will's New Year's Eve party for this year and had a great time. Thanks Will and Michelle for a great time. Can't wait until next year..I mean if you're up to it Michelle..you'll really have your hands full by then!!

More Furbaby Pics

I just thought I would share some more pics of our little fur children. We love them and treat them just like we would "human" children. I actually only work weekends now and they had a little bit to do with my decision. I hated to leave them alone all day or take them to doggy daycare...and yes, that is what I said..doggy daycare. It's so good for them, though. It socializes them with other dogs and people. They will even train them during the day. So if I'm going to be gone more than half the day, off to daycare we go.

Our Furbabies

The white dog is Brutus who is an American Bulldog and the little brown one is George, out cocker spaniel. Most of you may remember our first cocker, Buddy, which Adam gave to me on our 16th birthday. Sadly, he passed away last February from cancer. I didn't want anyone to get confused.

The little ones are the newest addition to the family that came on January 13th. I rescued them from an unfortunate lady's home that I went to visit. I actually came home with 4 of them but found homes for the 2 others. The little girl, with the white streak, is Chloe and the other one is the little boy, Sampson.

Well, here it is...my blog. Everyone was making me feel so left out, so I decided to cave in to the peer pressure and join the "in" crowd. Hope you enjoy!!!
